I'll be the first to admit that sprouted lentils and lima beans do not sound like ideal ingredients for a cookie. However, those are exactly two of the ingredients that may be found in what I currently believe to be the most delicious of all cookies, Dave's Killer Bread chocolate chip sprookies. I don't know how those guys do it (I'd love to see a recipe, though, if anyone knows of anything similar). It's quite possible that these are the most wholesome cookies I have ever eaten--and I've eaten some wholesome cookies.
